Shri Lataben Dilipbhai (Bhikhabhai) Patel is a hardworking woman. She worked very hard and faced a lot of struggle in her life. Inspite of these challanges, she gave best education to her children. She had a shed consisting 17 cows and 9 buffalos. She was single handedly managing these cattles. She was also making “papads” for her family. One day a lady from village told her, “You make delicious and high quality papad, then why don’t you start business of it”. After this she started the papad making business on 19th November 1998 – new moon day which is lucky day for her. During that time every work of papad making was manual including grinding and knead the floor. Even today after 22 years in the era the of technology, we do 70% work manually. She managed the business for 10 years and in the year 2009, she handed over the business to her daughter Ms. Divyaben Patel. Now the business is managed by Divyaben for last 12 years. She is also hardworking, dedicated, young and enthusiastic lady. Today she has taken the business to the next level by supplying different varieties of papads to almost every corner of the world. Today “Maa Bhuvaneshwari Papad” is giving employment to 21 people of the village who work and deliver the best quality in papad manufacturing.*
